SCFA 2010 Calendar Pin-Up Contest
We’re looking for a few good (pictures of) Franklin Township Animal Shelter Pets!!
Does your favorite picture of an FTAS animal (current or adopted) have want it takes to be part of the 2010 SCFA calendar?
For our second release of the SCFA calendar we’re asking for your help in finding the pictures that will decorate its pages. The picture must be:
- Of high resolution print quality
- Must of of an animal that lived or currently lives at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter (FTAS) It can be a picture of the pet in it’s adopted home.
- Please, no people in the picture -- we are focusing on the animals only.
If you have a picture or pictures you want to submit, please be sure to read our conditions at the bottom of the page. If you agree to our conditions, here’s how to submit:
By email to calendar@secondchanceforanimals.org or through snail mail to Second Chance for Animals, P.O. Box 5172, Somerset, NJ 08875 - Attn: Calendar Contest. (If you want your picture back, please be sure to include a SASE with sufficient postage.)
With your submission, please tell us:
- The name of the pet (if you changed the pet’s name, also include its name when it lived at the shelter --if you recall it.
- Approximate date and location of the picture
- Your name and a contact method (email preferred.)
- A short narrative about the animal. This can be how you came to take the picture, or why you adopted it or how the animal has impacted your life.
- Can we use your name on the calendar? Full name? First name, last initial?
If we have more pictures than we can use, we’ll have a vote to pick the ones that will be used. (If this happens, we’ll save the unused pictures for next year.)
Our Conditions:
- When you submit your picture you are giving the picture to Second Chance for Animals (SCFA) You give up all rights to the picture.
- We may use your picture for promotional materials or fundraising besides the calendar.
- You relinquish the right to any profits earned by SCFA. (All profits will be used to support our mission of helping shelter animals.)
- By submitting your picture, you have agreed to these conditions.
