I understand that Second Chance for Animals and the Franklin Township Animal Shelter have guidelines and rules that I will be required to follow for the safety of myself, others, and the animals.  I understand that if I do not follow these rules, I will be asked to leave Second Chance.  I understand that I will be informed of those guidelines and rules at my initial orientation and dog orientation and any revisions or additions will be emailed to me and posted in the newsletter (or mailed if I do not have email.)  I agree        I do not agree

Please note: All volunteers are asked to pay yearly dues of $15.  New volunteers are also required to purchase a Second Chance for Animals volunteer t-shirt for $10.  We are very grateful for your help and realize that many volunteers donate their time in lieu of a monetary contribution, but this additional financial support helps us run our organization.  Thank you so much for your understanding.
